How To Get Medical Marijuana in Washington




Law/Bill: Chapter 69.51A RCW


How to obtain registration: You’ll need a doctor’s, advanced RN, physician, or physician assistant’s recommendation. The recommendation requires careful wording and this form is recommended.


How to obtain medicine: You may grow your own or have a designated provider grow it on your behalf. Dispensaries are not currently legal.


Amount allowed:60-day supply, 24 ounces and 15 plants or more as your phsyician dictates
