How To Get Medical Marijuana in Delaware
Law/Bill: SB 17
How to obtain registration: You will need a physicians recomendation, have that sent into the state, and obtain an ID card.
How to obtain medicine: You can obtain medecine at any licensed dispensary, or compassion center, in the state. Three are proposed at this time. You can also obtain it directly from a primary caregiver, or grown your own.
Amount allowed: Up to 6 ounces.
