How To Get Medical Marijuana in California

How to obtain registration: Contact your county (here) to understand your county’s programs. There are advertised evaluation clincis all over California where you can meet with a doctor, discuss your needs, and receive a recommendation. You’ll need to fill out this form and your doctor needs to fill out this form. Mail the completed forms to:

How to obtain medicine: There are dispensaries all over California you can obtain medecine from. You can also work directly with a primary caregiver, or grow your own.


Amount allowed: 8 ounces, 6 mature plants, 12 immature plants, or more as recommended by your physician or local ordinance.
