How to obtain medicine: The law states that you can obtain medicne from licensed non-profit dispensaries throughout the state. If a patient resides more than 25 miles from the nearest dispensary they may obtain marijuana directly from a caregiver who grows it for them. However, the governor has currently put this on hold pending a ruling from the federal courts and so currently you can only get medical marijuana from a caregiver.
