How to obtain registration: You must get a doctor’s recommendation and then fill out the forms in the following packet: http://www.hss.state.ak.us/dph/bvs/PDFs/MedicalMarijuana.pdf

There are forms for you, your doctor, and your caregiver (should you choose to elect one) in the packet.


How to obtain medicine: You cannot legally purchase medical marijuana in Alaska. The only legal way to get marijuana is for you or your caregiver grow it.


Amount allowed: Up to 6 plants, 3 of which can be mature.
